On the street art scene, Michael De Feo a.k.a The Flower Guy, is a big deal. He's been creating works using the urban landscape and magazines as his mediums of choice for the past 25 years, hitting the streets of Los Angeles, Miami, Paris, Venice, Buenos Aires and Hong Kong to showcase his art. His style? To beautifully deface fashion ads and editorials, which perhaps to some surprise, has been embraced by the fashion world.
Then of course, there's his beloved hometown, New York of which his artwork has become a part of the city's narrative (and he cites it as a major influence on his work) with his signature flower graffiti popping up all over town.
