Hattiesburg's St. Thomas Aquinas Church to hold annual Irish-Italian Festival on March 17

Great food, music, fellowship and more will be on the menu for St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church's 17th annual Irish-Italian Festival on March 17. The festival will feature games for children, a silent auction and an art show featuring local artists.  The menu for the festival includes Irish stew, spaghetti and meatballs, sausage dogs, pizza, cotton candy, spirits and a variety of deserts. Complimentary soft drinks and water will be available.

The day's festivities begin with the Roll N’ Stroll parade at 10:30 a.m. The festival runs from 5-10:30 p.m. at the church. Local civic organizations, businesses, marching bands, church and social groups are welcome to participate in the parade. Entry is free. Lineup for the parade begins at 9:30 a.m. at the parking lot next to Hillcrest Residence Hall, located on the service road by the University of Southern Mississippi.
