Quasi come fossero due mondi diversi, lontanissimi: uno, pieno di occasioni, aperto al mondo della musica; l’altro piu’ chiuso, difficile da vivere per un artista, per un musicista. Ne sa qualcosa Andrea De Luca, talentuoso bluesman romano di 37 anni, ‘costretto’ a lasciare casa, Roma, l’Italia, per gli Stati Uniti.
Un amore, quello per il mondo a stelle e strisce, nato in poco tempo, un’attrazione scoppiata subito tanto da spingerlo a decidere per trasferirsi a Portland “definitivamente”, anche se ora “faccio su e giu’, 3 mesi da una parte, 3 dall’altra”.
