Four-star chef Anthony Bucco will cook a 5-course dinner on April 5 at acclaimed chef Robbie Felice's contemporary Italian restaurant Viaggio in Wayne. Bucco has wowed critics and diners alike for his cooking at legendary New Jersey restaurants the Ryland Inn and Restaurant Latour.

The inspiration for each dish at the special dinner, according to Felice, is a pig raised by Steve MacLean on his 170-acre, 100-percent organic The Farm at Glenwood Mountain. Thus on the menu: house-cured coppa, pig's head croquette, farfalle with pork sugo, porchetta with ramps and a torta Caprese with ganache and almond crumble. The wine will be presented by wine education Sandra Zotti along with Cambridge Wines of Morristown. The cost is $125, tax and gratuity included.
