A new delivery-only restaurant is coming to Edwardsville and Glen Carbon. Wang Gang Asian Eats owner Ryan O’Day will be opening Primo’s Italian Garage in late April. The eatery will serve local customers and cater to St. Louis area customers. O’Day said if the delivery-only concept is successful, he may look into setting up shop in other surrounding areas. For now, he’s planning to open in Edwardsville, with construction set for late April.

“The idea was, ‘Well, let’s set up a concept in Edwardsville/Glen Carbon and then we can move from there into the Shiloh/O’Fallon area and St. Louis from there,’” O’Day said. “The technology is approachable and the marketplace – a lot of markets should be able to support a delivery-only concept of Italian food and also catering.”
