A new restaurant is aiming to bring a taste of Italy to Beatrice. Florio's Italian Grille has been operating in the Indian Creek Mall for around a week following a soft opening. Featuring a wide variety of pizza and stromboli varieties, owner Tony Berisha said the restaurant has something for everyone and has been well received so far.
"For a soft opening, people are responding really good and everybody likes it," he said. "Everything we do here is daily fresh made. All of our ingredients are fresh. We have a lot of specialty pizza, hand-tossed strombolis, a lot of pastas, shrimp and a little bit of everything." Florio's plans to eventually offer daily specials.
