Listen up, eaters. The second annual Kansas City Foodie Fest is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at iWerx (1520 Clay St., North Kansas City, Missouri). It’s a chance to meet and try bites from more than two dozen local food makers. Borgman’s Dairy Farm will bring cajeta (caramel made from goat’s milk), Common Descent Provisions will have hot sauce and Bootleg Bourbon Balls will marry the spirit with chocolate. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
Have you been missing Ragazza? The cozy Italian spot is in the process of moving from Westport to Main Street. But to keep stomachs full in the meantime, they’re holding a pop-up with new dishes at The Ship (1217 Union Ave.) from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $50 to attend the pop-up at the nautical-themed West Bottoms bar.
