A Pasta Paradise Arrives With the Opening of Pammy’s in Cambridge

A pasta-filled restaurant is now open in Cambridge, and some familiar faces are on the opening team. Pammy’s officially debuted in the former Indian Castle space at 928 Massachusetts Ave. Monday evening, under the purview of husband-and-wife team Chris and Pam Willis, according to Boston Magazine. Chris serves as the restaurant’s chef, overseeing the Italian menu.

Chris — brother of Bully Boy Distillers founders David and Will Willis — has experience with Italian cuisine: He previously worked at Jody Adams’ now-defunct Harvard Square classic Rialto, as well as a few different restaurants in New York City and on Nantucket. (On the non-Italian side, he also worked at Clio, now closed, in Back Bay.)
