Il sapore di casa. La cucina internazionale negli ultimi anni ha scoperto la ‘nduja e se ne è perdutamente innamorata. Celeberrima pietanza calabrese piccante, la ‘nduja nel 2016 ha ottenuto un boom soprattutto a Londra e New York.
“Sta bene con tutto, dalla burrata ai crostacei alla pizza, e si abbina bene alla pasta. È come se fosse un olio piccante non vegetariano. La ‘nduja è diventata popolare perché è piccante e sa di maiale e queste due cose vanno alla grande insieme”, ha spiegato Jacob Kenedy, lo chef del ristorante Bocca di Lupo, vicino a Piccadilly Circus, a Londra.
