Amore is opening in Brookhaven, Georgia at 804 Town Boulevard, and is the vision of Bruno DiFabio, 6-time World Pizza Champion / Restaurateur / Food Network Veteran. He partners with his best friend, 2-time World Pizza Champion and renowned Chef, Sean Brauser. Amore is scheduled to open in March and will be a chef-forward Italian Restaurant featuring vibrant interpretations of Bruno's favorite dishes, as well as his award-winning gastro pizza selections.
All sauces, dough and desserts are scratch-made using local and organic ingredients when possible. The eclectic cocktail program will feature Prohibition Era and trending cocktails. Happy Hour specials will be featured, M-F, 3-6pm, and a robust Sunday Brunch will include a "soon to be famous" Bloody Mary Bar, Bottomless Mimosas and ATL's best DJs. Amore has been trusted event planners for over 40 years, and short notice is never a problem.
