A new Italian eatery, offering pizza, beer and more, has made its debut in the neighborhood. The fresh addition, called Rotolo's Craft & Crust, is located at 9250 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 130. According to its website, the business, which has four locations in Louisiana in addition to the one in Frisco, is a spinoff concept of Rotolo's Pizzeria and is an attempt to return to its roots.
On the menu, you'll find pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, pasta, Buffalo wings and more. Dishes include pizzas like the Figgy Piggy with oil, mozzarella, fig spread, prosciutto, Gorgonzola, shaved asiago and balsamic reduction, and the Big Apple with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ricotta, oregano and red pepper. Then there are calzones like the Bayou BBQ Chicken with barbecue sauce, mozzarella, chicken, red onion and cheddar.
