Native Sicilian Executive Chef/Owner Francesco Inguaggiato of Bellino Trattoria Siciliana (Bellino), located in the former Fratelli space in Portland's Pearl District, announced today that he will introduce Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, a Monday night Supper Club and new winter hours.
Born in Palermo, Sicily's capital city, Inguaggiato brings 100 percent, classic and authentic Sicilian cuisine to Portland. With Bellino, which is his mother's maiden name, Inguaggiato is driven to deliver innovative cooking that is true to his Sicilian roots and bring traditional, Sicilian culinary culture to Portland.
