Sam Fox, the founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts out of Phoenix, debuts his Italian restaurant at Rampart Commons, across from Boca Park and near Honey Salt. North Italia, the 12th restaurant in the nationwide chain, brings handmade pizzas, pastas, antipasti, salads, and more.

Dishes on the menu include prosciutto bruschetta with crescenza cheese, grilled asparagus, and truffles; burrata tortelloni with roasted mushroom, Swiss chard, porcini brodo, pecorino, and saba; a seasonal vegetable salad with butternut squash, Brussels sprout, cauliflower, kale, radicchio, pecorino, farro, pistachio, dates, and white balsamic vinaigrette; red wine glazed short rib with heirloom carrot, Swiss chard, and creamy mascarpone polenta; and The Pig Pizza with DiNapoli San Marzano tomato sauce, spicy pepperoni, soppressata, and Italian sausage.
