As I stood next to the door of the apartment we rented in Rome, with keys in my hand and ready to say goodbye to the nice girl who checked us in, a question popped out of my mouth: "Can you recommend us a good place to eat?". "Supplizio", she said. "Tastiest supplì you'll get around here".
