Entrepreneurship is probably difficult to acquire. But some men are just born with the gift. With ideas like milking wildebeest in Africa to how to fit a camera in a phone, Federico Marchetti, CEO and founder of the Yoox group, always knew he was meant to be an entrepreneur. It was just a matter of which direction to take.

"I realised I wouldn't want to spend 10 years behind a desk to make, say, bread. Fashion was my passion, retail too, but not necessarily the industry – more the customer". "I always liked fashion as a way of differentiation," he explains. "In a way, the opposite of fashion where everybody's wearing the same."
