Prepare for the annual return of the famous S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna-sponsored Italian chef congress Identita Golose, as it makes an exciting foray stateside this October. Increasing its American presence the haute cuisine congress will take on three USA cities this year: Boston, Chicago and New York. Unmissable masterclasses, seminars and dinners prepared by the likes of Massimo Bottura, Virgilio Martinez and other visiting world class chefs are available to a ticketed public.

First up is Identità Chicago on 7 and 8 October where pizza takes centre stage, as an Italo-American team will showcase what Italy does best. New York will be hot on its heels taking place over three days from 10 to 12 October with an exciting dinner in Eataly's iconic Flatiron store.
