88th Annual St. Joseph’s Feast

Jul 25, 2013 1579

When: July 26-28
Where: North End

Started in 1925, the Saint Joseph Feast is an annual authentic festival in the North End featuring parades, strolling singers, marching bands, live entertainment, souvenirs, mementos and the best Italian street food and desserts.
The St. Joseph statue permanently resides at 467 Hanover Street and has been lovingly restored. This statue is carried through the streets of the North End on a familiar route. Until recently, on some small secondary streets, elderly Italian men and women could still be seen looking out third or fourth floor windows to greet the marchers and throw down a dollar bill.
