The employees at Hotel Granduca care about customer service so much they'll even fix your car. Well, sort of. I learned this during a recent fall stay when, as soon as I pulled up, my car died — a battery issue, apparently.
This definitely wasn't the way I wanted to kick off a much-anticipated staycation with my husband and two daughters after a busy month. And yet, before we were even done checking in, our valet had jumped it and taken it on its merry way to the garage.
