Clark UNICO recently served dinner to 30 veterans at the Lyons Veterans Hospital in Basking Ridge as part of the Italian-American service organization's "National Service Month." A complete Italian dinner was brought in from Café Gallo in Edison. After dinner, Unicans played a lively game of bingo with the veterans.
According to Clark UNICO President Ralph Bernardo, the veterans were very grateful for the visit and meal. The evening finished up with a dessert of cake, ice cream and coffee. Jabs of Clark donated hats with embroidered flags to each Vet.
