Originari di Galati Mamertino (Messina) Tanino, Calogero, Celestino e Giacomino emigrarono negli Stati Uniti a metà degli anni ’70. Cresciuti in una famiglia che ha sempre coltivato i propri ortaggi, prodotto il proprio vino, i formaggi freschi e con una mamma incredibilmente brava in cucina, non potevano non ereditare una grande passione per la buona cucina Italiana.
Dopo gli studi all’Istituto Alberghiero di Giarre decidono di trasferirsi in America per lanciare le loro carriere nel settore della ristorazione. A guardare il loro carnet di ristoranti direi che ci sono ampiamente riusciti. Famosi per le loro paste, oggi dirigono le cucine di:
