Festa Italiana returns to Pioneer Courthouse Square August 27, 28, 29. For 24 years we have filled "Portland's Piazza" with great food, wine gardens, entertainment, dancing and family fun. Nothing like a summer night in our piazza!

Great Italian food from local Italian restaurants. Maybe try a little pasta or pizza before the gelato and cannoli. Our wine gardens offer several Italian wines, Peroni beer and more.

Entertainment will feature Ray Massa's EuroRhythms, an 8 piece band from Ohio. Their high energy Italian/American dance music will keep everyone moving in true Italian festival style. Also performing will be local band Mbrascatu who will offer everything from old world to indie folk music. Moreno Fruzzetti a powerful tenor will sing a variety of Italian and American classics. Originally from Pisa, Italy Moreno has performed internationally for more than 30 years. Thursday night is "Italian Opera Night in the Piazza", featuring the Portland State University Opera.

Children will love face painting and our puppet theater. Don't miss the grape stomp, pizza toss, and cannoli eating contest.
