Craving authentic Italian dishes? Head to Cupertino, where the region’s newest all-Italian restaurant crew has settled in. Here, behind the BlueLight Cinemas at the Oaks, you’ll find Enzo’s, the brainchild of owner Paul Tersini (OK, he’s the only Italian-American in the bunch) and three culinary veterans, managers Christian Iannone from Milan and Fabrizio Vitagliano from Asti and chef Mattia Eletto of Naples.
“We’re trying to share what we’ve been doing in Italy with great passion and attention to detail,” said Iannone, who knows a bit about passion and detail, having previously managed Gordon Ramsay’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant in London’s Chelsea district.
