On Sunday, January 8th from 2:30 to 4pm BIS-Biblioteca Italiana Seattle and Il Punto! will be welcoming you with a special kids event: "La Befana". In the Italian tradition, la Befana is an old woman who delivers gifts to children throughout Italy on the Epiphany Eve (night of Jan. 5th). This old woman looks more like a witch, but a good one: your kids will have the chance to see her, listen to a story, of course ask her questions, and receive candies, if they did indeed behave during the year!
A little snack will be provided by il Punto! Adults may stay and purchase a coffee at caffè Musica. The event is free. Tickets can be reserved at https://labefanaarrivaallabis.eventbrite.com
