Lexington Pasta, 962 Delaware Avenue, will be opening Pasta Garage Italian Cafe in early June, according to co-owner Lesme Romero.
"You will be able to come in, pick out your shape of pasta, your sauce and eat on the spot, while you watch us make the pasta in the back," he said. The restaurant will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to start, then add dinner hours in about three months.
