Pittsburgh icon Bruno Sammartino has traveled the world as wrestling’s greatest star and ambassador too many times to count, but he’s about to make a journey unlike any other. He leaves Aug. 3 for his hometown, Pizzoferrato, Italy, where he will be immortalized with a 10½-foot statue.
