RARE Italian to open Thursday in Old Town

Owners of The Rio will open their third restaurant concept, RARE Italian, Thursday in Old Town Fort Collins.
Construction lasted just two and a half months on the prime piece of Old Town real estate, 101 S. College Ave., resulting in a space that has been transformed, at least partially, for the new restaurant.
Previous tenant Ingredient vacated the space at the busy corner of College and Mountain avenues on Oct. 1.
