The Feast of the Three Saints draws thousands of people to downtown Lawrence for three days of music, food, celebration of Italian-American heritage, and traditions honoring St. Alfio, St. Filadelfo, and St. Cirino, Catholic brothers martyred in the third century.
In the 20th century, immigrants from Sicily, who came to work in the textile mills of the Merrimack Valley, brought their faith and the festival with them.
