With The Hill and toasted ravioli at our fingertips, it would have been a travesty to leave a St. Louis eatery off a "Best Italian restaurants in America" list. The food and drink website named Trattoria Marcella as one of the 21 best Italian restaurants across the country.
The restaurant, located at 3600 Watson Road, has received accolades for years for its modern Northern Italian cuisine, but Thrillist throws down the gauntlet by writing, "inside lurks a caliber of dishes rarely found outside normal Italian hotspots of New York and Boston."
