Katie's Pizza & Pasta in Rock Hill is an award-winning artisan Italian restaurant where there's passion behind every plate. Katie Collier said, "I got to grow up going to Italy. My mother ran the study abroad program in Florence. We'd go live with her and that's when I fell in love with regional ingredients, passing recipes along, cooking in your home, cooking with family."
Owner and executive chef Katie Collier has a lot cooking lately. "We're opening our second Katie's Pizza and Pasta in 30 days in Town and Country," she said. And that's not all that's new. Katie said, "We just launched Vero pizza and pasta which is a meal kit company."
