Ugo Della Croce, professore ordinario di Bioingegneria del Dipartimento Scienze biomediche dell'Università di Sassari, è il nuovo Addetto Scientifico all’Ambasciata d’Italia a Washington. Abruzzese, nato a Sulmona (AQ) il 26 maggio 1965, Della Croce è laureato in Ingegneria elettronica all’Università "La Sapienza" di Roma e ha un dottorato di ricerca in Bioingegneria all’Università di Bologna.
Arriva all’incarico dopo una carriera scientifica nel corso della quale ha studiato la cinematica delle articolazioni umane, maturando significative esperienze di collaborazione con prestigiose istituzioni scientifiche statunitensi.
