Watertown chef Mike Fucci's friends have been teasing him that, as of Wednesday, he's going to be famous. The reason? Fucci will be featured on Cutthroat Kitchen, a competitive cooking show on the Food Network on Feb. 1 at 8 p.m. Fucci, who has lived in Watertown for 11 years, has always been involved in cooking and community.
"I have coached Watertown Youth Hockey and have been very involved in the community," he said. "I love Watertown, it's a great place to live and have made a lot of wonderful friends throughout my time here.". Although Fucci has been cooking his entire life - Fucci's family owned a catering company and function hall and that's where he got his start - he decided to get back into the business by opening my catering company; Chef Mike's Catering Co. a year and a half ago.
