Members of the Italian American Civic Club gathered at Centerton Country Club for the club's 23rd annual Memorial Golf Tournament Wednesday afternoon. Lunch and drinks were served to the golfers at the food tent. Authentic Italian dishes were prepared along with seafood and a traditional barbecue.
The event is put on each year to commemorate club members who have died within the last year. Those specially recognized this year were Sal DeFrancisco, Anthony Ricci, Morgan Maxwell and Don Everly. The event is also held in honor of Frank "Doc" Brigio, who helped expand this event to what it is today.
