Everything seems better about Italy's Andrea Bargnani — even his English.
Last season with the Knicks turned into a mess for Bargnani, who partially tore the ulnar nerve in his left elbow in late January. He elected not to have surgery but never made it back, his season shortened to 42 games.
Team president Phil Jackson is the latest to try to turn Bargnani into a stud and tap his potential in the triangle as a deft-shooting big man. Problem is, Bargnani was a disappointment from 3-point range in his first season as a Knick.
