Ciao from Rome! But almost on the plane for New York

Hello to all We the Italians readers. I'm about to leave for New York City, where as usual We the Italians will be at the NIAF Spring Gala. And I'll be bearing a gift! The new book is out, at the beginning of every year we will publish a yearbook about the year before, and so this is the We the Italians 2016 yearbook: with all the interviews done, both in English and Italian. It is a useful tool to know more about Italy and the US and also to learn or refresh the knowledge of our wonderful Italian language. It can be bought and/or donated here.

For those of you who watch the RAI show for the Italians abroad, Community: We the Italians will be in two episodes of this March, which will be aired as always at 5.45 pm. Together with our lovely friend and host of the show, Benedetta Rinaldi, on March 23 I will talk about the Italians emigrated in Arkansas; and on March 27 the topic of my talk will be the Italian emigration to Mississippi. The episodes will be also available after the broadcasting here.

Last but not least, we added an important feature to our website www.wetheitalians.com: from now on we release the rss feed either for the general news and for our 9 different areas. You can be aware of whatever is published either on the whole website or just for the area you prefer, by subscribing them, of course for free.
