Dear Friends, in these difficult times, albeit at a distance, the Italian Cultural Institute continues to promote the beauty and richness of our cultural heritage. In this light, our newsletter will provide you with links to the many resources created by Italian cultural institutions and individual artists alike in their efforts to bring us closer together in these times of isolation.

We invite you to take part in the virtual events the IIC is creating within our community, such as cooking classes with Viola Buitoni, and, for children, crafts with Gaia Stella. Coming soon, with a simple phone call your child will listen to live fairy tales readings from Gianni Rodari's Favole al telefono, both in Italian and English!

As you will see, some of the activities require knowledge of the Italian language, while others include an English version. We hope this time will inspire or re-ignite a desire to learn or brush up on your knowledge of our beautiful language. If you need help, Istituto Italiano Scuola is now offering online classes.

We look forward to welcoming you at our events soon. Meanwhile, stay safe, stay home, and...

A presto!
