In light of the extremely high volume of requests for passports during this summer period, this Consulate General has authorized under exceptional circumstances the opening of 54 additional passport appointments from 12 June 2017 through 07 July 2017 at 9:20am, 10:00am, and 10:40am.

These appointments are available on a “first come first served” basis and can be reserved only by Italian citizens who satisfy both of the following prerequisites (in addition to the regular instructions): 1) Already registered in AIRE through the Consulate in San Francisco. 2) Who have an expired Italian passport or whose Italian passport will expire on or before 30 September 2017.
