The Summerville Italian Feast donated $9,000 to the Dorchester District 2 Education Foundation. The Summerville Italian Feast gave the check to Education Foundation founder Jennie Crosby and board chair James Weaver at the Dorchester District 2 school board meeting on December 9th.
Crosby said that the Italian feast is an important part of the Summerville community and it is great that they value public education."The Summerville Italian Feast is a point of pride for this community and the Foundation is honored to partner with a team that values a strong public education system," Crosby said.
