Last night, at Salvatore Ferragamo's two-story Fifth Avenue store, the high-end Italian brand hosted an intimate gathering to welcome their Su Misura made-to-measure program, a newly launched initiative that allows their male clientele to consult with an in-house team of fit specialists on a range of custom suits, jackets, pants, and shirting. No detail is too small, from the eight collar styles and three cuff options on dress shirts to the choice of button materials (including horn and mother of pearl) and embroidered monogramming on jackets. Which is really to say that Ferragamo's latest foray is all about upping the ante on their already luxe range of products.
