Coopersburg's Now That's Italian brings together tastes of Italy

Walking into Now That's Italian Specialty Market & Deli in Coopersburg is like entering Little Italy. It's all here in this South Third Street eatery opened in November by Joseph Sinagra and Laura Rosado: jars of imported pasta sauce, dried pastas, bottles of olive oil, tomato pies and so many varieties of Italian cookies (from a bakery in Brooklyn) that you would have to come back a dozen times to try them all.

And then there's the deli side, with about 20 varieties of sandwiches made on fresh seeded Italian bread that's delivered daily — also from Brooklyn. The Eroe Bueno Vecchio (Good Old Hero) is a fat pile of prosciutto, oven roasted honey turkey, house-made mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, onion and house vinaigrette.
