Two things are very important to Vincent Sebastian; his family and his pizza. Naturally, his downtown Ocean City restaurant,Vinny's Italian Pizza & Grill, pays homage to both. The menu features authentic pies, pasta, subs and salads made from old family recipes and the highest quality ingredients, such as imported Italian tomatoes and flour, gourmet cheeses shipped from New York and fresh, local seafood.
The menu is simple, Sebastian said, but made entirely from scratch. "The food speaks for itself," he said. "We never cut corners here. It makes all the difference." Sebastian learned the art of Italian cooking right around the time he learned to walk, at his uncles' pizza shops in New Jersey.
