Bill’s Bites has been to nearly 100 establishments during our run, but this was a first. We have now been around long enough to go to the same building -- but to try a new restaurant. A few years ago, for the start of golf season, Bill’s Bites stopped by the Ale House, a restaurant attached to the Springbrook Golf Course. Now we're back at the golf course, but it certainly doesn’t feel like golf weather outside. It must be for the food.
With a new name, a new look and an entirely new menu, Bill’s Bites was eager to find out why the Springbrook Italian Bistro & Tap House was already a foodie favorite for folks in the Springfield area. A cozy atmosphere inside with a warm ambiance worthy of the name "bistro," this new restaurant also boasts a high-end menu and still has some of the prettiest views you'll see in town. You can watch deer run past the snaking creek on the golf course through the big bay windows.
