Even as teenager, Francis Asti knew what he wanted to do with his life. The aspirations he listed in his Maryland high school yearbook include receiving a culinary arts education and owning a restaurant.
The 30-year-old, who has been working in the food business for half his life, owns Asti’s Italian Steakhouse located at Grand View Golf Club, an 18-hole public golf course in North Braddock.
