Many restaurants temporarily shut their doors during the pandemic, and for those keeping track, one is reopening to great fanfare in November. Lazia, the signature restaurant at the Crossroads Hotel, is back, bella. And it’s better than ever. On November 12th, Lazia will debut a fresh menu full of playful dishes and drinks that made them an instant favorite of the haute cuisine crowd.
Chef Justin Kent and chef de cuisine Jordan Hayes present a menu full of Italian comfort favorites such as wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas, and more traditional antipasto plates and hand-made pasta using locally sourced ingredients. Craving a fresh cheese? A mozzarella cart will be available for cheese pulled tableside and presented with seasonal ingredients.
