Before "Food Network Star," Elltinville's Dominick Tesoriero worked his Mac Truck at spots as far away as Saratoga, N.Y. But it was in Midtown Manhattan that the 31-year old macaroni and cheese chef caught the attention of the Food Network execs — and now the nervous-but-charming S.I. native is rocking his spot on the eleventh season of "Food Network Star."
Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay play judge and mentor to talented chefs hoping to be the next big thing in food television. New episodes air every Sunday until the Aug. 16 finale on the Food Network. Cheer on Dom as he overcomes his nerves and works toward stardom, while you become a loyal #machead — that's Dom's nickname for his fans.
