Market 32 stores and Price Chopper supermarkets are boosting their array of imported foods from Italy under an initiative with the Italian Trade Commission. The multi-year program will include products ranging from cheese and pastries to olive oil and pasta.
On Thursday, Jerry Golub, CEO of parent Golub Corp., and Maurizio Forte, Italian trade commissioner and executive director for the USA, announced the program at the company's recently renovated Market 32 in Clifton Park.
