When the doors at Rezdora open at 5 PM each evening—seven days a week—a line of pasta lovers is likely to be waiting outside, all hoping to snag a last-minute cancellation or, perhaps, a seat at the bar.
Reservations at Chef Stefano Secchi’s 60-seat, Flatiron eatery have been tough to come by since its opening in May 2019. Then came the three-star review in the New York Times, making NYC best restaurant lists (Esquire and Eater New York), and word-of-mouth buzz from Italophiles and foodies.
