Pastificio Propaganda, the first authentic Sicilian restaurant in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, is now open. Known as Propaganda, the restaurant offers the best of Italian culture and cuisine, featuring fresh ingredients and an expansive wine list. Located at 97 NW 25th St., Propaganda embraces Wynwood’s artistic community as the new home of Shepard Fairey’s well known Propaganda Eye Mural.
“Propaganda brings authentic Sicilan cuisine to the heart of Wynwood, our signature dishes are inspired by timeless Italian recipes,” says Fabrizio Gallina, general manager and owner of Propaganda. "The goal of Propaganda is to create a community that's all about eating, tasting and learning,” Gallina explains. “When it comes to bridging cultures and building communities, is there really any substitute for sitting down at the dinner table?”
