The Mardi Gras 2021: International Flavors of Carnaval is being celebrated at Universal Studios Florida from February 6th to March 28th, and there are food booths scattered throughout the park with different food options from different cultures. For this review, we’ll be taking a look at Italy, which actually has two different food booths in the parks.
Italian Rainbow Cookie: Colorful layers of almond cake sandwiched with raspberry jam and coated in chocolate – $4.49. Cannoli: Italian pastry shell, chocolate chip cannoli cream, chocolate shavings – $4.99. Arancini: Fried risotto, wild mushrooms, truffle, parmesan cheese – $5.99
