At a time when Miami-Dade restaurants are reopening as coronavirus quarantine restrictions have been lifted, Frankie NoNo’s arrives straight out of Staten Island, along with its executive chef Frankie Fratto. He was raised on Staten Island and learned to make bread, homemade pizza sauce and Italian desserts.
