Visitors to Stateline can now get a taste of Carano family mushroom ravioli magic. Sapori Italian Kitchen is the latest culinary addition to Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, part of the Carano family's Caesars Entertainment empire. It will feature the family's famed mushroom ravioli and other signature dishes by Chef Ivano Centemeri, executive chef of La Strada at Eldorado Resort Casino in Reno. 

"We are excited to bring the traditional flavors of Italy to Harrah's Lake Tahoe with Sapori Italian Kitchen," Centemeri, who will be splitting his time between La Strada and Harrah's Lake Tahoe, said in a statement. "Following the success of La Strada at Eldorado, we look forward to welcoming guests to be part of our family at Sapori and continuing to honor the Carano family’s Italian roots.”
